Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns only under specific and limited conditions:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns will be accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
You are required to share:
Clear photos of the issue,
An unboxing video for easy process from our end,
A brief description of the problem.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team, we will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.
Why We Do Not Accept General Returns or Refunds
As our sarees are handcrafted by skilled artisans, slight variations in weave, color, or texture are natural and part of the artisanal charm. These are not considered defects.
To maintain fairness to our artisan partners and the uniqueness of our pieces, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons like change of mind, dislike of color/fabric, or minor imperfections.
